$\"\ud83d\udd90\"$ \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>In 2020, it was at\u00a0<\/span>56.9% job satisfaction.<\/u><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Even though it\u2019s at the highest levels in a long time, 56.9% is not a very high percentage.<\/span>

That means,\u00a0<\/span>right now, 43.1% of people are not satisfied with their work<\/u><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>That is an alarming number, as\u00a0<\/span>you are at your job the majority of your awake time.<\/u>

This was a big ah-ha moment for me, and was one of the biggest catalysts for me deciding to quit my job.<\/span>

Chances are, you (or someone you know) are part of the 43% of people that are not fans of your work.<\/span>

What are you gonna do about it?<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Keep going in to work hoping things will eventually change?
