When I started in on my entrepreneurial journey about 20 years ago, I remember searching for investments with great returns.

Back then, I used to think great returns were 8% per year.

They are not bad, but when you factor in current inflation rates, they are not good.

As I learned more, and got connected with new people, my expected returns grew from 8%… to 12% to 25%+\u00a0 $\"\ud83d\ude2e\"$ <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Add in compounding, and the returns can double and triple rather quickly.

Some investments that I\u2019ve been in require extra efforts + extra returns, while others still get great returns with little to no effort at all.

Some of my favorite investments have been the little to no effort ones, as I prefer to invest my time in to other things.

These investments have been giving me yearly returns between 20-25%\u00a0 $\"\ud83d\udcc8\"$

With this investment, they usually have multiple projects a year, which is good because it allows me to have my money invested as opposed to leaving my money in the bank and it being devalued with inflation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
