<\/p>That\u2019s the advice I give to my clients, but lately I haven\u2019t been following that advice for myself.

I\u2019ve had this nagging injury since last year that just doesn\u2019t seem to be getting better.

It\u2019s frustrating because it\u2019s affecting my training for my upcoming Spartan race.

Last year, I tried to figure things out.\u00a0\u00a0I got it checked out.\u00a0\u00a0I had some scans done.
I didn\u2019t really get a definitive answer on what it is.

I tried some things & it improved some, but not much.
