Yesterday was day 2 of Tony Robbins & Dean Graziosi’s Time To Thrive Conference.

It’s a 5-day conference and we are not even half way through it yet.
As always, when I go to a conference with many great speakers that have a ton of real world experience, there are always a ton of takeaways.
I’m up to 18 pages of notes so far, which I’ve already shared with a bunch of people
One of the speakers was Glo Atanmo & she packed a ton in to her 20 minute talk.
She shared a cool quote from Dr. Delatorro McNeal…
“
Be Like a Helicopter
An airplane has a long runway, with lots of time to prepare and build up speed and momentum.
A helicopter doesn’t think that way. It takes off immediately and perfects along the way.
“
What I take from this is take quick action.
Often times we spend far too long in the preparation (trying to make things perfect, I’m extra guilty of this) & then we lose momentum & run out of steam.
Then we repeat the same process again. We get excited about the new thing, work on it a little and then give up on it. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat. Can you relate? I sure as heck do.
Going forward, I’m going to try my best to catch myself before boarding the airplane, and walk down the runway a bit to hop on the helicopter.
