It\u2019s Reset Time For Me<\/p>

I\u2019ve been a busy body over the last week.<\/p>

\u26ab\ufe0f Last Monday I spent the day in Toronto.\u00a0 Meeting old friends.\u00a0 Eating yummy food.\u00a0 Seeing a Macklemore & Imagine Dragons concert.
\u26ab\ufe0f Did a fun 5km Foamfest race with my kids.
\u26ab\ufe0f Fun with kids at a horseranch AirBnb for a couple nights.
\u26ab\ufe0f Virtual reality with my girls + my niece & nephew
\u26ab\ufe0f And yesterday, I spent the full day at The Ex in Toronto with my girls.<\/p>

I\u2019ve eaten a bunch. Lots & Lots of Yummy Yummy foods, but definitely not the healthiest.<\/p>

Also, I haven\u2019t exercised a ton.\u00a0 Did a bunch of walking, but no where near what I normally do.<\/p>

Regret it?<\/p>

Nope.<\/p>

I had fun.<\/p>

I made great memories.<\/p>

Kids are back to school soon & this year\u2019s 18Summer list will be done.<\/p>

There is no point in beating ourselves up when we are not perfect. Because we never will be.<\/p>

It\u2019s time to get back on track & get the momentum going again.

\u26ab\ufe0f Work my way to get back to 5:30am \u2013 ish wakeups.
\u26ab\ufe0f Drink a bunch more water.
\u26ab\ufe0f Eat more greens.
\u26ab\ufe0f Power down electronics earlier.
\u26ab\ufe0f Move more.
\u26ab\ufe0f Regular fasting.
\u26ab\ufe0f Do a cleanse<\/p>

I won’t get to all this today.\u00a0 It’ll never happen.\u00a0

Over the next week, I’ll start incorporating more of those things.

“If you fall off the wagon for a bit, get back up, <\/em><\/strong>dust yourself off, hop back on & git \u2018er done.”<\/em><\/strong>
