It’s Reset Time For Me
I’ve been a busy body over the last week.
⚫️ Last Monday I spent the day in Toronto. Meeting old friends. Eating yummy food. Seeing a Macklemore & Imagine Dragons concert.
⚫️ Did a fun 5km Foamfest race with my kids.
⚫️ Fun with kids at a horseranch AirBnb for a couple nights.
⚫️ Virtual reality with my girls + my niece & nephew
⚫️ And yesterday, I spent the full day at The Ex in Toronto with my girls.
I’ve eaten a bunch. Lots & Lots of Yummy Yummy foods, but definitely not the healthiest.
Also, I haven’t exercised a ton. Did a bunch of walking, but no where near what I normally do.
Regret it?
Nope.
I had fun.
I made great memories.
Kids are back to school soon & this year’s 18Summer list will be done.
There is no point in beating ourselves up when we are not perfect. Because we never will be.
It’s time to get back on track & get the momentum going again.
⚫️ Work my way to get back to 5:30am – ish wakeups.
⚫️ Drink a bunch more water.
⚫️ Eat more greens.
⚫️ Power down electronics earlier.
⚫️ Move more.
⚫️ Regular fasting.
⚫️ Do a cleanse
I won’t get to all this today. It’ll never happen.
Over the next week, I’ll start incorporating more of those things.
