I’m recently committed to a program called 75hard, and one of the tasks is to read a minimum of 10 pages per day from a personal development book.
I’m rereading a book I read a couple years back called Less Doing, More Living by Ari Meisel (highly recommended)
In my reading this morning, he made a great reference to Edison, which I highlighted.
> If at first you are unsuccessful, it’s important not to become discouraged.
> You simply found a way not to do what you were trying to accomplish. Give it another shot
How often do we try something, and we don’t get the results we wanted, and then we totally give up on it?
I’m totally guilty of that. Getting better, but I still catch myself doing that.
Maybe it wasn’t a total waste of time (and maybe money). Maybe we look at it as a learning experience, and you are 1 step closer to figuring it out?
Here’s a little short sentence I just thought of… That didn’t work, next!
Keep trying.
Keep experimenting.
Keep going.
There is a solution to your problem.
Hope this challenges you in some way to see things from a different perspective.
Living a healthy lifestyle is a common thing people try, fail, get discouraged and give up. This is one area of your life you do not want to give up on. Without our health, we have nothing.
Maybe this has been a struggle for you?

I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and for as long as I can remember, I’ve always been very positive & optimistic. As a young boy, I was a dreamer, a doer and excited for life! I remember growing up, before any big test at school, or soccer game, my mom would always remind me to Do My Best! I’m a wee bit of a perfectionist because of that. And, today, I’m still all of those things, but now a man, driven, dedicated and committed to living a life on my own terms.
