For my monthly reflections, here are a couple of things I go through…
1. Reread my yearly goals 2. Review what I committed to for the previous month • How did I do? Did I get to everything? Why/why not? • Did everything go as planned? 3. What’s going well? 4. What’s not going so well? 5. What are some things I could have done to make the month better? 6. What am I most proud of from the previous month? Celebrate them. 7. Who and what are giving me energy? 8. Who and what are taking away my energy? 9. What course corrections (if any) do I need to make for the upcoming month?
Can you see how this exercise would be helpful to do every month?
Epic Tip: Time block this off in your calendar at the end of every month. When you do this, you are more likely to actually do it.
I’ve been following this reflection practice over the last couple of years and it’s been a complete Game Changer for me.
