In my readings today, I came across this EPIC quote from Benjamin Disraeli…
Action may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action.
I read it a couple times before writing it down. It made me think.
Over time, my level of happiness goes up and down for all of my life areas.
Step 1 – Being aware of what life area I would like to improve
Step 2 – Doing something about it
The ‘doing something about’ is the action part.
It’s one of the main ingredients to your success.
Maybe you want to…
… improve your health
… have better relationships
… enjoy more fulfilling work
… something else
