I bought this picture last year, and I have it up on a mantel by my fireplace.
When you spend more time doing the things you enjoy, life is that much more epic.
Unfortunately, a good amount of people are not enjoying the things they do.
Is this you? Here’s a quick & easy test.
On Monday morning, how motivated do you feel when your alarm clock goes off for work?
Here are some interesting stats… In 1987, 61.1% of people were satisfied with their work. In 2010, it dipped to 42.6% job satisfaction. In 2020, it was at 56.9% job satisfaction.
Even though it’s at the highest levels in a long time, 56.9% is not a very high percentage.
That means, right now, 43.1% of people are not satisfied with their work. That is an alarming number, as you are at your job the majority of your awake time.
This was a big ah-ha moment for me, and was one of the biggest catalysts for me deciding to quit my job.
Chances are, you (or someone you know) are part of the 43% of people that are not fans of your work.
What are you gonna do about it?Keep going in to work hoping things will eventually change?
Einstein defines insanity as doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Stop the insanity. Wouldn’t it be cool to do what you enjoy + get paid for it?If you get to decide, why not have both?
I’m starting a pilot program for people that want to enjoy better work and say byebye to the 43%. If you’re interested, comment your email below and I’ll shoot you over more details.

If you feel a friend could also benefit from a program like this, please forward it along to them.
